Glen Campbell is gone. Alzheimers took his body but not his spirit
This week Glen Campbell died at the age of 81. He was plagued with Alzheimer’s Disease for many years and fought the good fight recording an album, performing a goodbye concert tour, and even a documentary called “I’ll Be Me.” His music was a part of my generations lives. We will miss him. Thank you Glen for being so open about your disease. I hope that the rest of us struggling with other life threatening diseases can be as brave and open as you were. Thank you for giving us the encouragement we need. And most of all, thank you for your music.
